![]() After a really great Bank holiday weekend back to work updating the mobile website for the DKS Raceteam who are preparing for the last round of the 2012 BSSO championship to be held at Cadwell Park . The weekend started for me repairing a couple of mates Lambretta's, firstly Gaz's GP Imola . Bit noisey at the exhuast i found a big chunk of gasket missing but all the studs and nuts was still in tack. Also re-routed the fuel line to make sure no flow was reduced with air blocks. Next was Greg's Mugello 186 needed new fork bearings for the MOT, the bottom race had busted the cage holding the bearings in place . Fitted new top and bottom and off it goes , hoepfully ready for Cadwell Park weekend and More CIDER ! That was saturday sorted then real work on Sunday , a family Portrait sitting at Haverholme Park near Sleaford. Really enjoyed doing this for a change as it's not my usual work at the minute with all the racing and custom car magazine work.

After a shoot by the North bank at hessle Classic Scooterist scene will be publishing a piece on a rare Capri Scooter . Armed with a couple of flash heads I travelled over the Humber bridge and took some nice shots of Paul from the Hull Drifters restored Capri 125 Super , a real stunner.
Coming next month in Classic Ameircan Magazine feature photographs I have taken of Barrie Newtons amazing 1939 Chevorlet Pick Up, we took it down to the Hopper buildings in Barton Upon Humber to give it an ageless backdrop.
Thanks must go to Barrie for giving me the opportunity to show off his motor. |
