50 iconic years for the REDS

After 50 years living in Lincolnshire it's hard not to take the view of the Red Arrows display team practicing over head for granted. I still think it's amazing to watch as the team go through their paces around Scampton before the display season starts. So to be invited to the launch of the unveiling of the newly designed logo on the tail fin of the Reds hawk jets was one job close to my British pride.
 As a young boy my dad worked on Lincolnshire airbases and so I was lucky to be able to see the Red Arrows display team in those early days flying the Gnat aircraft.
 Well done to all the pilots and crew that are part of this world respected aerobatic display team.
